Our Story

From hearth to table.

The menu evolves nightly around the fire and what our producers bring to the back door. We work with mills, cheesemakers, and small farms across Minnesota to source grains, dairy, and heritage vegetables—served with quiet ceremony and a hint of smoke.

Cellar notes: Burgundy and Loire leanings; New World bottles with restraint. Pairings are optional and thoughtful, never loud.
